If you have purchased through us and you are not completely satisfied, then return all of the unused product in the original container along with an explanation via UPS to the following address for a refund less shipping/handling:

Orders received by 2 pm Eastern Time on the internet, by fax, or by phone will usually be processed and shipped the same day. On especially heavy volume days your order may be delayed. If your order does not ship within 24 hrs we will attempt to contact you regarding the delay.

In the case of backordered items, we will contact you if the delay in processing exceeds 48 hours from the time your order is received. You will have the option to cancel the order.

All returns are refunded based on the unused portion. Empty bottles will not be accepted. We do not refund for shipping

Any shipment returned for credit or exchange must be returned freight prepaid within 90 days after receipt of shipment.

For your protection: Have delivery person note on freight bill the nature and extent of damages.

Do not destroy packing materials until shipment is inspected.

Contact Maca Source customer service if the product has been damaged.


All shortages must be reported within 10 days of shipping. Check the number of items delivered against the quantity shown on your invoice. If there is a discrepancy, contact Maca Source customer service to initiate a shipping investigation.
